Raffle Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This raffle is open to registered, in-person attendees of the CME symposia during AAO 2024 in Chicago. Virtual attendees do not qualify.
Entries: Attendees will receive 1 entry per symposium attended. Multiple entries are allowed for those attending more than 1 symposium.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be randomly selected and announced after AAO 2024. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
Prize Details: The prize includes complimentary registration to one 2025-2026 Healio LIVE meeting of choice. Travel, lodging, and other expenses are not included. Choose from esteemed events like Telling It Like It Is 2025, Retina World Congress 2025, Kiawah Eye 2025, OSN New York Retina 2025, OSN NY 2025, Hawaiian Eye 2026, or Retina 2026.
No purchase is necessary. Participation is based solely on in-person attendance at eligible symposia.
Disqualification: Failure to respond within the designated time period indicated in the winner email will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Tax Responsibility: The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with accepting the prize.
