Psoriasis (PsO) is a chronic, immune-mediated inflammatory disease associated with significant physical and psychosocial burdens. Although biologic therapies have improved outcomes for patients with moderate-to-severe disease, challenges such as injection-related concerns, treatment adherence, and long-term disease persistence may affect real-world management. Emerging oral therapies that target interleukin (IL)-mediated pathways offer additional treatment approaches within the evolving therapeutic landscape.
