Vindico Medical Education Abstract Presentation During ACR Convergence 2022

Thorofare, NJ – Vindico Medical Education, a Wyanoke Group company, is pleased to announce that their abstract Identifying and Addressing Gaps in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Care Via Multimodal Continuing Medical Education will be presented during ACR Convergence 2022.

Katie Robinson, PhD, Senior Director, Outcomes and Analytics, will present the abstract Identifying and Addressing Gaps in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Care Via Multimodal Continuing Medical Education on Saturday, November 12, 2022, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET, through the ACR Convergence 2022 virtual platform.

As advances regarding the management of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus continue to emerge, multimodal continuing education (CE) is essential to inform health care providers on how these changes may impact patient care. Analysis of data from 8 CE programs demonstrated the knowledge deficits regarding the long-term use of steroids and the management of patients with visceral organ involvement, which translated into practice gaps. Moreover, after completion of the CE, health care providers were more informed and better prepared to integrate these advances into clinical practice.

ACR Convergence 2022, the world’s premier rheumatology experience, will be held November 10–14 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For additional information about this meeting, please visit https://www.rheumatology.org/Annual-Meeting
