Vindico Medical Education Collaborates With American Family Care for Influenza and COVID-19 Webinar

Thorofare, NJ—Vindico Medical Education, a Wyanoke Group company, is pleased to announce a collaboration with American Family Care (AFC) for the multi-accredited webinar “Battling the Twindemic: What Frontline Practitioners Need to Know About Influenza and COVID-19,” which will be broadcast on 3 dates. The webinar is designed to educate urgent care clinicians about how to better differentiate and diagnose influenza, COVID-19, and other respiratory conditions, as well as how to manage patients with or at risk for influenza.

Drs. Paul G. Auwaerter and John J. Russell will review the use of assays that effectively differentiate influenza from COVID-19 and other respiratory conditions as well as the selection of antiviral medications for treatment of influenza and prophylaxis for patients who are at high risk for influenza infection. Each webinar concludes with 15 minutes of live faculty moderation and Question & Answer.
